Project Manager – Cloud (Remote)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 Months)

Start Date: Immediate

Travel: Travel to client sites or regional offices will be required as part of program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

The Project Manager – Cloud will lead end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, modernisation, and platform enablement across public, private, and hybrid environments. The role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery governance, and coordination with architecture, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage cloud transformation projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and reports
  • Coordinate with cloud architects, security, FinOps, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards
  • Report progress to PMO, Program, and Steering Committees

 

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 8+ years of project management experience, with strong cloud exposure
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise cloud programs
  • Strong knowledge of PMI / PRINCE2 delivery practices
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification
  • Cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI)
  • Experience in banking, government, or regulated sectors


 

Contract Terms


  • Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
  • Engagement Type: Contract, Full-Time

  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and market rates
