Travel: Travel to client sites or regional offices will be required as part of program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

The PMO Specialist will support governance, reporting, and coordination across a complex application replacement program.

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain program plans, RAID logs, and reports.
  • Support governance forums and steering committees.
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met.
  • Coordinate actions across delivery teams.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 5+ years PMO or governance experience.
  • Strong reporting and organisational skills.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated programs.

Preferred Qualifications


  • PMP, PRINCE2, or P3O certification.
  • Power BI or dashboarding experience.


 

Contract Terms


  • Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
  • Engagement Type: Contract, Full-Time

  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and market rates
