About the Role

The PMO Manager – C-Level will establish, lead, and operate an executive PMO supporting CIO, CTO, COO, and Board-level governance for large transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish PMO governance, standards, and reporting
  • Prepare executive dashboards and SteerCo materials
  • Ensure alignment across programs and strategic objectives
  • Drive decision-making through data and insights
  • Act as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of PMO / program governance experience
  • Strong exposure to executive-level reporting
  • Deep understanding of transformation governance

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PMI-PMOCP, P3O, or PgMP
  • Experience in large-scale transformations
  • Experience in banking, government, or regulated sectors


 

Contract Terms

  • Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
  • Engagement Type: Contract, Full-Time 
  • Location Requirements: On-site
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and market rates
