Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Support solution design and clarification with technical teams.
- Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and traceability of requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in banking, finance, or capital markets environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with application replacement or system transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Contract Terms
- Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
